Raw Food Marathon Day Forty Four

 

No running today. My back is much better though. The second massage has worked wonders.

I may cycle tomorrow and I will do an unscheduled 16 miler on Thursday prior to a 12km race this Saturday (Midnight Run, Bangkok).

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 1.5 kg watermelon

Lunch - 3 large oranges, 1 large guava

Evening Meal - 1 green apple, 1 organic carrot, 20 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 organic romaine lettuce, bunch parsley, a few organic 'orange' flowers!

Snacks - red aged pu-erh tea, 2 organic bananas, 1 banana + 1 orange juiced smoothie, 1 peppermint tea

Yoga -

Swim -
