Raw Food Marathon Day Forty Three

 

No exercise today. My back is still out :-(

Herbal compress and massage today, better but not 100% yet.

I'm going to go for another one tomorrow.

 

Got my Hemp from the UK today :-)

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 4 sopodillas

Lunch - 500ml blended passion fruit, 2 green mangoes

Evening Meal - 1kg watermelon, 1 large dragon fruit, 3 large tomatoes, 1 organic romaine lettuce, 3 organic spring onions

Snacks - red aged pu-erh tea, Smoothie; 4 organic bananas, 1 large pak choy, 1 cup cranberries, 1 cup blueberries, 2 tablespoons Vitamineral Green powder & 3 heaped teaspoons Yaoh Hemp protein powder (95%). Two large Thai oranges, 1 peppermint tea
