Raw Food Marathon Day Nineteen

 

The 16 miler went OK today, still unbelievably slow, but I felt good throughout.

 

There was an unexpected call of nature break at 11 miles, which was rather annoying! The second heart rate dip at 15.5 miles was traffic lights.

 

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 4 organic bananas, 1/4 watermelon, 1/4 pineapple

Lunch - 2 bananas, 1/2 cup blueberries, 4 apples juiced, 2 heaped tablespoons of Vitamineral Green powder, 3 heaped tablespoons of Organic Hemp Protein powder smoothie

Evening Meal - 3 mangoes, 4 oranges, large mixed green salad,

Snacks - 2 durian segments, 1 green mango, 250g ripe papaya, 1 red apple, 2 bananas, 2 green apples

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 16 miles

Bike -

Gym -

Yoga -
