Missed Training Sessions

 

No real excuses apart from the usual that we all have to deal with; work, family life, commitments etc.

Only 3 runs since the last blog entry!

 

Got to improve my fitness/endurance.

Tomorrow's plan is for a seven-eight miler (not exactly following my plan!), nice and steady.

 

Although not exactly 80/10/10 RV, I am enjoying the green(purple!) juices in the mornings.

At least they are raw, low fat and of course vegan :-)

 

Loads of gorgeous fruit from the market just begging to be eaten today!

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 1 large green juice; beetroot x2, cucumber x2, 300g young kale, 150g bok choi, 2 apples, 1/2 lemon

Lunch -

Evening Meal -

Snacks -

 

Note - if there is nothing against either the Raw Food consumed today meals (or Cooked Food), I haven't had a chance to update the info.

Honestly I do eat a lot!
