Excercises for a sprained knee

 

I've been looking into exercises to reduce the tightness around the inside of my right knee.

Lots of general advice out there for strengthening one's knees, but nothing specific.

I might see if I can make an appointment with a physio.

In the meantime, some gentle stretching makes sense ...

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 1.5 pints apple, beetroot, cabbage, carrot and celery juice

Lunch - 3 Cox's apples, avocado & celery

Evening Meal

Snacks - 3 Cox's apples

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch -

Evening Meal

Snacks -

 

Note - if there is nothing against either the Raw Food or Cooked Food consumed today meals, I haven't had a chance to update the info.

Honestly I do eat a lot!
